Meet Becky...
Coach Becky is the founder and owner of The MindGym Institute. The MindGym is a mindset development and training center for all ages empowering them to live a successful life.

As a Transformation Mindset Coach, Coach Becky can help you design and manifest a life that is harmonious with your Soul’s purpose. As a sought-after coach, speaker, and teacher, she educates her clients and students in the training of their mental muscles to create more positive in life.

For over 20 years, Coach Becky has worked with individuals helping them build their dreams, accelerate their results, and create richer, more fulfilling lives. She brings the mindfulness of transformation coaching to her clients to help them get out of their own way and achieve greater results turning their dreams into reality.

Coach Becky started her career as a Certified Personal trainer at an early age. She competed in multiple bodybuilding and fitness competitions and qualified for teenage nationals for three consecutive years. At the age of 23, she started her first personal training company, Future Fitness and Wellness, a mobile personal training venture. Her personal trainer experience made her quickly understand the power of the mind. She saw her clients struggle with their mindset while trying to achieve their fitness goals. She immersed herself in understanding more about the mind-body connection and the importance of paradigm shifts to get results. This greatly impacted her client’s and her own personal lives.

She learned that mental strength is built during our childhood (from ages 0 to 6) and is based on our life experiences (school, family environment, etc.). When we understand our strengths and weaknesses we can take complete control of being able to make a powerful mindset shift to turn negatives into positives and to help persevere through any obstacles that life throws our way.

Coach Becky is passionate about helping adults develop their mindset and even has a greater desire to empower children to learn these skills so they can achieve new heights of success, meaning, and spiritual vitality more easily. She offers inspiring workshops, corporate programs, as well as transformation in-depth coaching programs.

Meet Tami....

Tami Matheny is the owner of Refuse2LoseCoaching LLC, author, speaker, and Jon Gordon Trainer. As a mental game coach, she assists people in all walks of life (not just athletes) with improved confidence, focus, motivation, mental toughness, leadership, teamwork, etc. Tami has a passion for helping others build a foundation of confidence. She has seen first-hand how confidence is key to success in any area in life.

Although a standout athlete and student at East Rutherford High School (NC), Tami struggled with maintaining confidence. Confidence continued to elude her during her time at Lenoir-Rhyne College where she played basketball and tennis while earning a degree in psychology. She went on to receive a master’s degree in sports administration from the University of North Carolina. It wasn’t until she became men’s and women’s tennis coach at the University of South Carolina Upstate, that she began her journey exploring and researching confidence. Not only did this lead her to discover how to maintain it for herself, but it led her to where she is today. Today, Tami’s goal is to help others on their confidence journey.

When not working with others, Tami remains physically active. She has completed a handful of marathons, including the Boston Marathon and ultramarathons. Her longest race to date is a 40 miler. She is an avid cyclist, completing rides over 80 miles. Tami continues to seek new mental and physical challenges.

Meet Joshua....

Joshua Littlefield is a senior at Indiana Wesleyan University pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Computer Information Systems.  After graduating, Joshua will continue to pursue a Masters of Arts in Theology and then a Ph.D. focusing on Theological Studies.  He will write books and teach Philosophy and Theology wherever God leads him.  Joshua has served as a tennis coach and mentors to men and women with Down’s Syndrome and young adults and children from ages four to ten.

Joshua has spent the past four years diligently learning firsthand what good nutrition can do for mental health and brain activity.  He has lost one hundred pounds within the past four years and has been researching how diet can affect their overall sense of well-being.  He will be one of the first to tell you that a change in diet causes a change in one’s mentality whether they realize it or not.

He is excited to have the opportunity to work with those who seek to learn more about the brain and are intrigued about brain health and nutrition.  Nutrition is a very important part of Joshua’s life, and he is excited to help your children learn how to fuel their brains to help develop their brains in a way that will make life-long lasting results.  Joshua looks forward to helping your child direct their goals in a healthy way to provide the best outcome for their future.
