Service Description

Gratitude can be a simple yet powerful tool for improving our lives. As an on-going practice, it has a profound impact on our brains, our sense of well-being and our resilience. This workshop introduces the benefits of a regular gratitude practice on our well-being. Participants take part in a gratitude practice and design a practice they can take into their daily lives.
